Each session begins with warm-up and technical drills, followed by bagwork exercises and 1-1 quality padwork time with the trainer.

Each session starts with footwork warm-up and technical drills, followed by partner work and heavy bag training with intent. Class wraps up with specific conditioning to build endurance, strength and resilience.

Boxing - Fundamental
ALL LEVELS & BEGINNER FRIENDLY
This is a well-rounded Boxing class suitable for all levels – from complete beginners to experienced boxers. Whether your goal is to refine your technique, improve your fitness, or develop sharper ring skills, this class is a must-attend.

Muay Thai & Boxing - Skills Development
PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This session is a skill development class for Muay Thai and Boxing focused on building good habits and confidence where you’ll have the opportunity to apply techniques and fundamentals in a safe-controlled learning environment. We are strict on having a healthy and developmental sparring culture that promotes “play to learn”.
Sessions begins with shadow boxing, progress into specific controlled sparring to practice key skills and ends with optional open play-sparring. Training is structured, supportive, and focused on steady improvement with safe learning rather than intensity.
